Freelance | Marketing Co-ordinator.
Aura – the global reference point for sustainable packaging
As Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Aura marketing strategy. You’ll help co-ordinate and implement marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and internal engagement. Working with the wider marketing team, your focus will be to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with strategic goals. This is a freelance role based in our Bradford studio.
Your deliverables
Socials, campaign & event support
- Manage the social media activity calendar, confidently plan, create, and post content across channels, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice and objectives.
- Support the creation and delivery of marketing materials across digital and offline channels including presentations, press releases, merch and digital content.
- Assist in the planning and co-ordination of external events and all campaigns.
Project co-ordination & delivery
- Co-ordinate marketing tasks and timelines across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on-time against agreed objectives.
- Track and report key metrics aligned to project and team objectives, e.g. budget and cost tracking, prep of monthly board reports, lead status, competitor activity updates, team planning.
- Promote a test-and-learn approach to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain marketing tools, templates, brand assets, sharepoint docs to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Manage rebrand requests from brief through to delivery.
Stakeholder & partner collaboration
- Work with external marketing partners (printers, contractors, events companies and agencies) to support marketing activity delivery on brand and on time.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to support new business activity and co-ordinate marketing material needs.
Internal communications & engagement
- Support internal marketing initiatives and communications.
- Assist with the delivery of employee engagement activities (e.g. colleague forums, quarterly updates, socials).
What You’re Like
- Approachable, super organised and proactive with a passion for marketing and brands and an interest in packaging and sustainability.
- Confident, detail-oriented, tech savvy and highly organised, creative, with the ability to come up with ideas and ways to improve.
- Great communication skills, able to unearth relevant content stories by talking to experts across our business.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time, loves to help out and loves a challenge, always wants to get involved.
Your Experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- An understanding of B2B marketing through either a relevant marketing qualification and/or work experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Hands-on experience posting on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Website content management a bonus (WordPress).
- Strong content creation and editing capabilities (Canva experience a bonus).
- Proficient at project management, content planning and MS Systems: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- An interest in learning new skills and using new platforms, from our CRM through to website tracking tools and AI apps.
- This role may require some travel to suppliers and events across the UK, so flexibility, a full clean driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.
