The 1st November 2022 seems a long time ago since we launched Aura, at the Sustainability in Packaging Europe Conference, in Barcelona.
Bringing together our multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering data-informed consulting to enable global businesses to make insight-led decisions on materials, design, legislation, compliance, and recyclability.
A year into our journey, we’d like to share what we have achieved so far…
Since our inception we are pleased to have partnered with numerous clients, comprising the world’s largest retailer and e-tailer and their suppliers – providing them with a rapidly expanding repository of live and accurate packaging data.
Our Consulting team headed up by Gillian Garside-Wight have also been busy working on delivering sustainability projects for Castrol, Amazon, Walmart, Mayborn and P&G, to name a few and we continue to evolve and innovate our e-halo platform. We are also delighted to have established our Data Integrity team who have already conducted thousands of compliance checks.
On our journey we’ve met with some of the brightest minds in the industry and look forward to catching up at events in 2024. Keep an eye out for events we will be heading to, on our LinkedIn page.
It was great to meet with people at the Velocity Sustainability Summit, London Packaging Week (both this year and last), E-Pack Europe, Packaging Innovations, SPC Impact, the Walmart Supplier Summit, Circularity23, the Environmental Packaging Summit and where it all began at the Sustainability in Packaging Europe conference in Barcelona. The events have proven to be a fantastic platform to share our knowledge and provide businesses with solutions to their packaging sustainability challenges.

Our success as a business can be recognised across the Sustainability space too. In our inaugural year we’re delighted to have been nominated for the Packaging Startup Awards 2023 in the ‘Connected Packaging’ category. We were finalists at the UK Green Business Awards 2023 for ‘Consultancy of the Year’ and ‘Fast Track Company of the Year’ as well as being shortlisted for CSR Initiative of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards.
The success our first year wouldn’t be possible without our people who have helped us to achieve all that we have. We have and will continue to grow our team in line with our core values and in turn, support businesses in their mission to bring about change to positively impact people and our planet.
